¶ User Roles
You can create as many roles as you like, and these roles are used to validate access to your resources.
To view, create or edit new roles, visit admin -> roles.
To assign a role to a user, visit admin -> user-roles.
The following are default roles that Core ApiOpenStudio uses, and should not be be altered.

permissions:
- Create, edit, delete or view all accounts
- Create, edit, delete or view all applications
- Create, edit, delete or view all variables (Var Store)
- create, edit, enable/disable, delete or view all users
- Invite users
- Create, edit, delete or view all user-roles
- Create, edit, delete or view all roles (except core roles)
- Assign user roles to users
- Manage 3rd party modules
¶ Account manager
permissions:
- View all accounts they are assigned to
- Create, edit, delete or view all applications associated with the accounts they are assigned to
- Create, edit, delete or view all variables (Var Store) associated with the accounts and sub-applications they are assigned to
- create, edit, enable/disable, delete or view all users
- Invite users
- Create, edit, Delete or view all user-roles
- Manage 3rd party modules

permissions:
- View all accounts that contain applications they are assigned to
- View all applications they are assigned to
- Create, edit, delete or view all variables (Var Store) associated with the applications they are assigned to
- create, edit, enable/disable, delete or view all users
- Invite users
- Create, edit, Delete or view all user-roles
- Manage 3rd party modules

permissions:
- View all accounts that contain applications they are assigned to
- View all applications they are assigned to
- Create, edit, delete or view all resources associated with the applications they are assigned to
- Create, edit, delete or view all variables (Var Store) associated with the applications they are assigned to
- Manage 3rd party modules

permissions:
- View and update their user
- Use resources associated with applications they have permissions for
